Excellent and fast service

Always someone there when I phone with a problem or if I need some prepaid envelopes, also they phone every now and then to make sure I do not have any problems and to make sure everything is running...

Dealt with our situation immaculately. They gave us a realistic expectation that they delivered on. Contact was regular and on time throughout the process which made us feel valued and above all...

Very good no problems.

Initially a very high quality of service, Since being transferred to a relationship manager have not had a lot of contact, nor do emails get acknowledged, although this may be standard procedure

quick to respond and follow up the only reason they don't get Excellent is fee a little high. but staff are excellent
