Hi Molly, sorry the coffee did not meet your expectations, it is very subjective like that. We'd love a bit more feedback if you have the time. You took several different products and blends, was there anyone in particular which you are referring to? Also, can I ask how you prepare your coffee are you with regard to using the short or the long shot button on your machine? We strongly recommend the short shot button for the best taste and extraction. I hope to hear back from you, thanks -Michael

Hi Janine, sorry you did not like the Baileys pods. Flavoured coffee can be a bit hit n' miss for some people - thanks for trying it. Maybe give our regular coffees a go? Also, just to ensure you are getting the best taste possible from the pods, please be sure to use the short shot button on your machine, not the long shot. It really does make a big difference. Hi Karyn, glad you are enjoying the Baileys pods. There is a just a 'hint' of Baileys flavour as it is a delicate balance so as not to overpower the coffee. As for sweetness, feel free to add sugar yourself until you get it just right. We don't like to pre-sweeten as it is very difficult to please everyone when it comes to right amount of sweetness in a coffee. Thanks for your support! -Michael
