We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hi Berta, thanks for taking the time to feed back to us and I'm sorry to read your comments. Currently, the hotel that you're referring to is the best option available to us for a number of reasons logistically, however I am sorry that you found it so noisy. Our Product and Operations Managers have endeavoured to review this feedback and where necessary, and of course possible changes may well be made in the future. A full view of Albania which was well lead & informative. The trip had 18 passengers which was too many in certain locations such as museum visits. Very little free time so the same locations spread...
