Easily viewable user provided photos will be nice.
Nothing unpleasant up to this point, but I'd like to see more user provided photos as words and owner provided aren't persuasive enough.

Fake unbookable results
Repeatedly showing unbookable flight connections, no correction, upon request for help, simply instructed to try taking other airlines. Absolutely useless search function.
