We send a renewal invitation 21 days before the renewal date, which is in good time before cover is due to expire and I can confirm this was sent yesterday in line with these dates we aim for. Easy to sign up, the test will be if there are call outs.

I have only signed up and paid the premium. The website was easy to navigate and offered my required cover. So far so good - no call outs made, so that will be the test.
