We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Had been worried by the lack of contact from Eversure, however have been reassured by them that everything is now online. Would be good to have a confirmation of payment / "you are now insured" email or something - Eversure use sage pay and had nothing from them. Perhaps this is something that can be looked into.

Thank you for your original feedback and updating this, which we fully appreciate. After our email and discussion, I confirmed with Sage Pay that they do not send out a receipt. I have produced a manual Sage Pay receipt for you and sent this to you. As discussed, the Policy Certificate, Schedule of Insured Items, Policy Wording, Policy Summary and our Terms of Business were made immediately available on our website as .pdf documents for you to download and print as soon as you made payment. We cannot issue you with a certificate until payment is received; this therefore is in effect your ‘receipt’. But, we understand your concerns.
