We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

What Kim Cole said about Estate Research:

Great service. Friendly agents.

I was contacted out of the blue regarding a deceased relative. Estate Research took much of the stress out of claiming my part of the estate and the agents couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you

Would certainly recommend their services

Very efficient in undertaking the research appertaining to my case, answered by questions extremely throughly, and prompt at replying to letters or emails
