How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Very responsive when first getting you to sign up

Very poor service once you’ve signed to pay their percentage fee. No updates - constant delays - forever chasing them for updates and info

Do you want to find lost relatives or looking for heir hunters ?

Excellent service ! If you're looking for lost family members or Heir hunters they are excellent. They found me and told me I was due some money from a lost relative who hadn't left a will.
