Emperor Divers has an excellent safety record and their guides are really good. The boat used was clean and the crew were very efficient. Everyone was friendy and helpful, we had a great time.

The whole day diving at a local dive site could have been completed by lunch time - have you considered adding a morning diving expedition instead of having divers 'resting' for 2-3 hours? That would mean divers experiencing good dive sites and being back in their hotel by 2pm! See you again!

Dived with Emperor 8 year now and always had good safe diving. Staff/boats/dives/meals/equipment also excellent.

this means a lot to us. With regards to the kit, actually we are in the process of replenishing our BCD stock this year however we do service all our equipment regularly. That said you should not have had to 'carry' a problem for the week, no matter how small and I apologise for that. Some of the fees you mention are actually to be rolled up into the price later this year due to customer feedback - you are not alone with this one and I sypmathise.
