Thank you very much for the feedback. Your time and response is very much appreciated as it helps us to constantly improve our service. I am very sorry that you thought our staff unmotivated but am surprised as the majority of feedback is extremely positive. I will speak with the guides involved but at this stage am aware that on your first dive you had a relatively new guide under instruction from our experienced guide so it's possible he was a little withdrawn.
