Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

A nice experience here with the team. Clear knowledge and a good test drive circuit. The team seem to genuinely want to help. They also allowed/encouraged us to bring in the dog. Thoughtful.

Thoroughly check your car over before purchase

Salesman was very good Unfortunately found a scratch on car the following day which the dealership has failed to address and deal with after being notified

Sorry to hear about the issue that went unnoticed, from what I understand the car was viewed in torrential rain, and upon you notifying us we offered immediately to send a SMART repair technician out to your house to deal with it. IF you haven’t heard from the technician please inform the General Sales Manager or the Sales Executive you dealt with to chase them up.
