Thank you for your feedback and for sending the photos. We are sorry to hear that the stamp did not perform as expected. Please note that the amount of pressure applied during application can affect the final result. As an alternative, you may wish to consider our clothing labels, which many customers find to be a suitable option. Please do let us know if we can send you some labels or be refunded. Kind regards, Easy2Name. easy2name.com

Thank you so much for your lovely feedback. We’re delighted to hear that you found the product easy to iron on, the ordering process straightforward, and delivery consistently quick and efficient. It’s especially meaningful to know our labels are helping in such an important way for your husband’s items in the nursing home. We truly appreciate your support and are so pleased the product is doing the job well.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. Typically, lines 1 and 2 on the labels are used for the first name and surname. If additional text and an icon are included, the font size may appear smaller so that everything fits neatly on the label.

We are glad you loved them! We're so pleased you found them easy to customise, and that the delivery was quick too. Thanks so much for your kind words about the quality of the clothing stickers.

We are very sorry that the labels did not peel away from the backing as they should have. Unfortunately, there was a fault with that batch. A full refund was issued on 11th August, and we hope this has now been received.

You are very welcome. We’re pleased we could assist you promptly, and we truly appreciate your positive feedback.
