Hi, I'm sorry you are not happy with the product, I have talked to our customer service department and ascertained that the correct product and length was sent. This stub wire is used for internal floristry work and can appear more oily that other exterior, visible wires. I have looked at other sales on this wire in the same batch and we've had no other complaints.

Hi, I can see you ordered on Boxing day and our operations were closed from the 20th December until the 2nd January. Whilst we offer a 5 working day service, during none of these days were we working and we display big notices during the checkout process and on our delivery pages stating that we are closed during this period. I'm glad you received the item in the end
