Good but could be better with basic website tool implementation

3 stars atm as I've not opened my towels yet or washed them...however, still packaged they do look good. Really disappointed I could not see a visual / proof of where the monogram would be before...

Thank you for your honest feedback about the website preview. We used to have a proof tool, but we found that it caused conflicts with other parts of the website and on surveying customers they'd prefer alternative features to work properly/ better speed vs. the preview feature. Amazon offers the preview feature but other sites like Etsy don't, so we decided to keep the website simple to avoid ongoing issues/issues in the rest of the purchasing experience. Thankyou for your reply. I would have been happy to purchase from Amazon in order to use the preview feature. When I rang to discuss this issue, purchase from Amazon was not mentioned. However the towels have now been opened and used. Gorgeous quality, nice size and fab monogramming!
