Nice awning for the pool. Looks and works like new after two years. Heavy to install but that’s just because it is solidly built. Love the easy remote control. Would definitely recommend.

We originally sent you the incorrect model/version. The day you alerted us to this error (totally our fault), we sent out the correct style crank handle which arrived to you the next day. We import these crank handles from Spain and Germany. They are the best quality available. If you are having an issue, please contact us immediately and we will correct the situation.
