Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

£150 security deposit seems rather a large amount,especially when it is paid out weeks before the visit and not returned until almost two weeks after.

Lovely property. Much thought has gone it homely and comfortable.

Truly lovely house. Stayed here 6 weeks whilst my kitchen was renovated following water damage. Just staying in such a nice place helped to escape the stresses involved.
