How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Excellent service over the phone.

Reassured me once website crashed with payment and flight details. I was worried that payement went through twice but was reassured that this was not the case. All booking was done over the phone...
