How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Quick and easy

Quick and easy. We were called back within 5 minutes and paid for our flights over the phone. Much quicker than struggling online. As we wanted different baggage requirements.
