How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Dear Sir Thank you for your feedback. Our website will only book the flights that a customer has selected. The flight details display on the page before you enter your card details. If you had selected the flight you wished to book it would have been £81 more expensive. I do hope that this clarifies matters. Best regards. Dee. Customer Service Team.
