How do we deal with fake reviews?

I have now received the revised "Funeral Plan Schedule", with two new Placeholder Cards. However, I am surprised that the Cards do not show the Placeholder's Name, Funeral Plan Number or Nominated Funeral Director, as the Cards for my Father's Plan (last year) showed these details. Never mind, I'll have to put labels on them.
