NOT HELPFULL AT ALL
They will not pass on information and if you have any issues then they will not assist in resolving it at all.
Also the airlines will not assist you as you are not the person that booked it , so...

We regret that you find this to be the case since your booking history does not show any such issue. We therefore recommend if you have formal complaint, you contact us via the correct channels so the team may address this for you. It is beyond our control about any assistance lacking from the airlines, but as we mention, there is nothing in your booking to indicate what has occurred. We would however caution against booking holiday arrangements separately as you suggest since there is then no ATOL protection for the package.

This response just says it all really, there is clearly an email chain you have failed to look into and have acted like you are totally unaware of my issue, also regarding the atol protection, it is a clear fear tactic used by companies like yourselves in order to sell packages and then wash your hands of customers who have any issues.
