During the checkout section of our website, out of stock items are displayed with a message, notifying the customer of the estimated amount of weeks until the products arrival. We therefore do not then further notify our customers of this delay, unless of course we encounter a delay with the stock. In wich instance customers are sent an email notifying them of the delay, and the new expected date. We apologize that you were not informed until after you spoke with our office.
