I apologise that the agent you had originally spoken to was not available at the time you had wished to proceed with your travel insurance and had been unable to contact you back directly at their availability.
If you had received a quote reference by the original agent then providing this to another member of our team will have allowed them to continue with your quotation at the same point you left off.
