I understand that you had spoken with one of our advisor's on the 29.04.15 and 26.05.15 in regards to the posting of your travel insurance documents with us. On both of these dates, your address was confirmed and a policy was sent out. I have tried to contact you on the phone today but was unable to get through. Little difficult to get through very busy phone line also needed to discuss something with the medical team who don't work Sunday's but I left my details and they rang me back the next day
