How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

It depends on your age, the support you can have financially from family, work position.. I can't comment for other people but I wouldn't do it again. Depending on how much you owe.. Try other means...

Thank you for your feedback - We are really glad that you are enjoying the benefits of one of our solutions. Debt Agreements will leave a notation, similar to Bankruptcy, on a person's credit file, however they are not the same thing. Thankfully, in most cases, the notation only stays for a period of 5 years and once that is complete, you can enjoy a clean credit file plus the numerous benefits of being debt-free! Hello Grant,

Thank you for the great, balanced feedback - it's wonderful to hear that you have had some positive experiences with our team and also to receive some constructive feedback for us to consider. The solutions we work with are for people who, for a variety of reasons, are unable to repay their debts when they become due, that is why the majority of our clients don't make repayments to their creditors during the initial stage - simply because they can't afford to. Of course having a default is never ideal but it's often negligible considering the numerous benefits of the solution.
