Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

At the beginning of it all i was told that there would be no ********* market against my credit history. Only to find out that the mark against my name is nearly as bad as going bankrupt.

We were concerned by your feedback so we pulled the call recording from the 18th of May 2015. Exactly 6 minutes into the conversion our consultant clearly states: “With this particular option, it does place a notation on your credit file for 5 years just to say that you’ve entered into an agreement with your creditors, and it means that you can’t have any credit while you’re in it.”

The consequences of your chosen debt solutions was also clearly stated in the paperwork that you signed and returned to us.
