I'm sorry to hear that both of your Fibracell reeds haven't been up to standard, unfortunately as I'm sure you are already aware reeds can be very temperamental however I'd be more than happy to send a slightly softer Fibracell reed to you to try to see if that might be beneficial if you'd still be interested in trying the same brand?
