no help from Dawks staff trying to determine the delay.

Dear customer, Thank you for your feedback and your separate correspondence. Unfortunately customs delays can be encountered on our international deliveries and this is something that we have no control over. I'm afraid that we're currently unable to provide a direct replacement as our next delivery on this particular mouthpiece isn't due until mid-August however I would be happy to provide a replacement of a different model or tip opening?
