Matt Sanders

Dawkes Music

Dear customer, I' sad to hear these screws broke on your technician, but I'm surprised to hear they were not of good quality. We have these screws manufactured for us by a UK based machining company who make several small screws and other parts which are no longer available from the manufacturers, with the goal of keeping these beautiful vintage horns going as long as they can still make music! I've emailed you directly to confirm what happened and how the screws were faulty, and I appreciate any feedback you're able to give me on them, I know we'll be able to find a satisfying outcome for you. Kind regards, Matt Sanders
