How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

I like Dawkes a lot and only wish I lived closer. They were great when I went down to try some saxes out. Let me try several and didn't pressure me at all to buy. Been using them to supply reeds...
