My Number-1 Stop-shop for Clarinet & Saxophone players

Excellent service. I highly recommend. I really appreciate that international customers are charged ex. VAT price so they don't end up paying VAT for a second time when clearing customs.

Good supplier - usually have what you want

But I have a parallel order for valve guides that were on back order for 1 week and that was 3 weeks ago. I should at least be kept advised of any further delays but have heard nothing.
