Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry that you received a faulty product. I copy below an email from the manufacturer: "Sorry to hear about the difficulties you had with the pTrumpet you bought, as I am sure you will appreciate, there have been a few teething problems with the trumpets which we have been working hard to sort out and rectify. Apologies that the instrument you received was one of these and I hope you may reconsider a pTrumpet in the future. Kind regards" Matt @ Dawkes
