Thanks for your feedback. Availability on the website is something we are working hard to improve and unfortunately as in this case, we occasionally make mistakes. Sorry for any confusion we may have caused. The sizing of the lyre box is clearly shown as 20mm and yes, in the past I have also adjusted these using small offcuts of felt or cork to make them fit the appropriate bits of tubing. These lyre boxes are sold in increments to make this easier but some adjustment is usually expected due to the nature of different manufacturers and different instruments.
