Excellent delivery arrangements - text on the evening before followed by call from delivery guys to let us know half an hour before they arrived. Very refreshing to come across really good customer...
Overall I am really pleased with this TV and would recommend to all. The scanning rate I think is misleading as using it set to low (100hz) or on high (200hz) makes the quality of the picture worse.
