I'm in a shirt and tie six days a week, and I've tried alot of different brands of shirts. I've purchased Charles Tyrwhitt brand shirts for the past three years, and since my first purchase, I've had nothing but praise for the quality and comfort of the product. I've purchased other products that cost much more, but still didn't have the quality I find in your product. I'm very happy with my most recent purchase, and plan to continue to be a customer in the years to come.

Good looking clothes, great reputation. This is the second time I have ordered shirts on line. the first time it took over 2 weeks to receive the shirts; this time a month!

I’m very sorry for any confusion but orders sent to the US from the UK can take up 2 full weeks to arrive. This time frame would be extend by up to 7 working days if pockets are requested to be attached to shirt and extended still further if this request is made during our extremely busy sale period. I can see from your account that on this occasion that the latter was the case. All of our delivery timeframes are available on our web site, so I do apologise if they are unclear in any way. Please be assured that the vast majority of our US customers do receive their parcels well within our promised timescales.
