Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Good service but may have teething problems perhaps.

Fast turn around when the unit got to Crowcon, but didn't realise the courier service to get it there was going to take 3 days which is why I have only given 4 stars. As I handed it in mid week it...
