Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

calibration is supposed to be from existing anniversary, not when i send the analyzer in.

Good customer service

Would have liked the item returning to me quicker as used for work most days. Although when courier tried to deliver to wrong property Crowcon were quick to help liasing with them.
