Waited weeks to get only a standard response...
Three weeks to respond post the submission of a claim to then quote policy not answer our enquiry.
Claim was due to the cancellation of a flight as it was under booked, not due to COVID-19.

terrible, still waiting for any kind of reply from 3 emails sent months ago.
waited on hold well over an hour several times.
Had two separate policies with covermore and they didn't cover anything....
