Hi Charli, the service is actually very convenient and cheaper than the excess insurance offered by the car rental companies, I have no complaint about the cover4rental service itself. Except at the moment to contract it and pay: in two different trips it didn’t let me pay with any of my payment methods (it prompted in red letters “please review the car details or and try again”). Days after when I tried again it worked magically with the same payment methods I used the first time, that’s just annoying, specially when I contract the cover4rentals the day before to pick up the rental car and I cannot wait “days” to have it, otherwise there is no point since I need the cover4rentals to be active the same day of picking up the car.
