How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Excellent product

Very simple to renew although it seemed not to be possible to choose the two options shown. A very good insurance, all year for the equivalent of one rental. I feel much safer with this extra cover.

GOOD

good - I feel they need to be clearer in how to ensure you are covered - what cover do I need to specifically need to ask for at the rental counter.
