Thank you for your feedback, I'm sorry to hear that you have been unhappy.
I can see that the communication between yourself and my colleague was not clear.
My colleague confirmed she had removed the automatic renewal as you requested, and you replied back and mentioned you expected it to have expired and not have renewed. My colleague therefore cancelled the policy, as you said you have not expected it to go ahead.
We did follow instructions as given.

Dear Cover For Rentals Team,
I filled out all of the online claim forms a week ago.
I was just requesting acknowledgment that you had received those forms please as I have not heard back from yourselves.
Please let me know if you received them as I am getting very anxious.
Enterprise have taken €1700 from my account as excess.
If I haven’t heard back from you, I have the feeling that no one has received my correspondence and that it has somehow got lost.
I’m just asking for some sort of acknowledgment at this moment so that I can be reassured you have received my case.
My insurance policy covered the period of the car rental.
