Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

THe boking process was easy, but we have no policy emailed to us, we have emailed them and after 2 days no responce, we need the policy to take with us when we go on holiday, so we will have to chase...

Luckily never had any trouble with rented cars. This cover was always accepted and pays when renting several times a year. Sometimes with one rental only.

Read everything very carefully. It very possibly won't cover you properly.

Didn't cover damage waiver, the thing most needed, but was certainly not clear until after purchasing. Contacted them but heard nothing and trip is in 3 days.

Our policy is an excess waiver, we provide cover in the event of damage to the vehicle and you are charged by the rental company under their contract agreement. You can add CDW onto the policy at point of purchase, we do ask that you read and sign to confirm you understand the cover prior to purchasing. Kind regards, Charli

Upon submission on the 5th August, you received the following acknowledgement: "Our agents will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible. Please bear with us, we are experiencing high volumes. We usually aim to get back to you within 2 working days, but this may take longer at this time. We will get back to you as quickly as we can."
