Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Apart from the ‘no answer’ episode all very good

Flight delayed from Bmth evening. Phoned Alamo who said ring when landed at Edinburgh. Did so at 10 40 pm and no answer with several tries - so that was scary- two ladies in their 80s!! But tried...
