How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Thanks Charli, but that's kind of my whole point - I don't want and I didn't use to need someone to explain me all the plans, limitations and conditions. Even just a year ago it used to be "you pay a small fee and we cover whatever is in your own risk". This has turned into unnecessarily complicated and at the bottom line much less beneficial service. At this point I rather pay a few EUR extra to the rental company for not having to figure anything out.
