Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with the automatic renewal.
You agree to our offering of automatic renewal at the point of purchase. We send a renewal invitation in good time before the renewal date to the email address we hold on file, this confirms that we will automatically renew the policy and that we attempt the payment 7 days in advance.
I can see that a full refund was processed, and no mention of a £5 cancellation fee was made.

Buying excess cover for rented cars is easy.
Very easy to use. The excess cover was £20 cheaper for the year than the present company we used.
I will be using the company again next year.
