Great service in good time.
Was contacted in plenty of time prior to renewal of my policy together with alternative and much cheaper quotes from others. Overall a great service which I would recommend to all. Thank you.

Lowest quote to meet my needs!
They were able to find a quotation that bettered the lowest quote I had from other suppliers. This was done promptly and with efficiency.

Thank you for your feedback. I have reviewied your records and will be writing to you directly regarding the issues you have raised. However, I would like to point out that awnings cover and contents cover were not requested on your online submission and when you rang us we did agree to add these on for free, despite there being charge to us for this change. We refunded your pyment card the very next day as promised and the bank then take between 3 to 5 days to process the refund - this is out of our control unfortuantely. Thanks again for your feedback. Richard Burgess, Director.
