Thank you for your feedback. I have investigated this matter and can only trace one incoming phone call from you to us on 02/08 at 9am where you incepted your policy with us. You called us again at 12.44 regarding a message but we had not left a message and I don't have any recorded outbound calls to your number. You rang us again on 04/08 about another message but again we had not made any calls to you. The message may of been left by another company you had requested as quotation from.
