Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hi Deane, thanks for your comments. Hopefully I can make you more comfortable about your decision to buy with Cove. We're 100% kiwi with an office in Takapuna. To ensure our financial stability we do use Lloyd's of London to support our policies, but when you interact with us you'll be dealing with our team here in NZ. We're totally paperless here at Cove, so you'll find your policy document in your inbox rather than your mailbox. I've resent it today for you, or you can access it any time via the My Cove portal here. And for our online payment services we use a company called Bambora, the same company Spark uses so you can rest easy in the knowledge that your card information is well protected.
