How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Will be back with Cornish Gems. Great and positive cleaning Team also - immediately inquiring about our level of satisfaction For the house: definitely needs a Parasol. And some more bog paper and other little things. In a boutique retreats house now - less expensive but free nespresso pods, all needs covered and a great welcome basket including fresh mild bread and champagne
