I'm sorry you had this experience, but we do rely on the property owners keeping their listing up to date, and removing things like a welcome hamper if that is no longer the case.

Both Coolstays and the property owner have laid the blame at the door of the other. The bottom line is that all adverts must be an accurate description of the product or service provided and not mislead. As the consumer, I felt that I was misled in both instances, regardless who was at fault.

The website to search for fabulous/much cooler villas!
Amazing places; found a fabulous villa on Vis! So much more interesting - in terms of location, style and atmosphere - than villas on other websites (that all seem to look at the same and cost a lot!)
